职位描述：
美独资五百强医疗公司【HR Specialist(contractor)】
岗位长期，合同和中智签订，福利包含：五险一金、补充医疗保险、体检、带薪年假10天/年、13薪、中智俱乐部、节日福利等
工作地：苏州工业园区
Brief description of service:
1. Collect, Verify and calculate the monthly payroll data for manufacturing.
2. Manufacturing attendance records check, the interface management from attendance system to payroll system.
3. Monthly payroll cost report to G/L
4. Social security contribution base declaration by law (commercial office)
5. Individual income tax monthly filing (commercial office)
6. Implement customized report by requirement.
7. Help desk services on compensation and payroll policies for manufacturing.
8. Survey Tool: questionnaire design/set up/release/run report result
9. Other HR Operations administration support.

Skills and qualifications required:
1. Good knowledge of payroll calculation and policy, good experience in attendance tracking
2. Be familiar with China labor law and related local policies, especially for Suzhou, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Tianjin.
3. Basic knowledge of statistics, accounting and skilled application of Excel, PPT is required.
4. Good communication skill and general application in English would be preferred.
5. Independent working capabilities under the pressure, and problem solving skills.
6. High honest, accountable and team player.
