Brief description of service:
Responsibilities:
Play a role in developing staffing services for the organization, such as JV, functions, and HK. Get involved in specific staffing related work. Administers a variety of staffing programs and performs staffing services.

1. Hiring Initiatives
a) Work with hiring managers to define and update the recruiting needs/Job Description and proposed grade, salary range, time arrangement;
2. Sourcing & Searching
a) Involve in developing and maintaining recruitment channel to ensure the recruitment effectiveness and maximize recruiting efficiency;
b) Source qualified individuals from different channel;
3. Screening & Selection
a) Screening resumes, 1st interviewing and assessing candidates;
b) Prepare interview report and evaluation report;
c) Shortlist candidates and recommend to Hiring manager;
4. Follow up
a) Conduct initial interview and arrange further interview;
b) Follow up interview results and hiring decision;
c) Propose grade, salary and other terms and conditions with hiring managers;
d) Check reference, extend offer, negotiate offer with candidates, confirm date of commencement with candidates;
e) Prepare contingency plan for candidates backup;
5. Others
a) Associate designing interview guide, developing talent assessment tool and improving recruitment process;
b) Provide hiring consultation to hiring managers;
c) Collect & report management information, e.g., hiring status report, selection effectiveness analysis, etc.;
d) Follow up with new employees to be success within probation period;
e) Communicate and work closely with business HR members;
f) Complete on-line recruiting system and keep good tracking records;
g) Other HR related responsibilities/projects once required.

Skills and qualifications required:
1. Passion to be a dedicated recruiter;
2. 5+ years working experience in MNC with 5 years of Recruiting or HR related experience;
3. Good team work spirit, respect and value people;
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
5. Willing to take high initiative and extra responsibilities;
6. Self-motivated and be able to cope with a heavy workload;
7. Fluent in English and Mandarin. 举报 分享
