服务描述/ Brief description of service:
PURPOSE / MISSION
This job is responsible for daily processing purchase plan to IG and EG vendor.
Responsible for inventory control base on requested service to clients.
Responsible for purchasing parameter optimization and alignment.
Works with RISE team to implement global projects, and play Supply Planner role to interface with Demand Planner.
MAIN TASKS
Performs daily RM purchasing plan in line with the lead time, MOQ and inventory policies.
Identifies and work to resolve issues which impact the ability to meet the production schedule and client's demand.
Works with GPE/RISE team to implement global projects, like DPRM, P2P optimization….Play Supply Planner role and interface with Demand Planner, to improve SP/DP practice and therefore helps on RM replenishment, inventory control, write-off reduction, RIP…
Accountability of supplier's punctuality and lead time performance.
Properly applies planning parameters and suggests changes or improvements to parameters as required
Participate to Customer Supply Chain projects as required
Keeps inventory level and continuously improve inventory structure. Pushes NM and SM inventory liquidation.
To follow write-off and LE actions by monthly.
To run reports and analyze the data which should support material planning execution.
Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
KEY INTERACTION
External Suppliers: Raw material suppliers of EG in local and oversea.
Internal Suppliers: IG suppliers , GPE, RISE, PSRA, Logistics, CoE, Quality, OBD, MDM etc.
Internal Clients: Production Planning, Customer Service, Sales, Manufacturing team etc.

FORMATION / EDUCATION LEVEL
Bachelor’s degree or above
Over 3 years similar work experiences in a foreign manufacturing enterprise.
Strong skill in material planning and inventory management
COMPETENCIES
Practiced in office software.
Experience with SAP.
Ability to work with cross functional departments
Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong skills in problem solving and self-encouragement.
Fluent English for both oral and written.
