500强美资石油公司招聘 Lab Technician一名
工作地：闵行紫竹园区，全市有班车

Primary Responsibilities
 In compliance with assigned work order, to operate equipment in the process halls for product demonstration and / or equipment in the laboratories for product analysis for data generation
 Record all data accurately and in compliance with relevant management systems including OIMS and DIAF
 Carry out daily operations checks and maintenance on equipment to ensure high degree of operability and reliability
 Responsible for ensuring that the Operating & Maintenance Procedures for the equipment assigned to him / her are kept current and accurately represents the conditions under which the equipment operates. If not, he / she should initiate the appropriate management of change to enable the procedure to be revised, reviewed and approved in a timely manner

Primary Activities
 Abide by all safety, security and Controls procedures and practices to ensure site security and Controls, personal safety and safety of co-workers and visitors
 Operate equipment in accordance with prescribed operating procedures and protocols in a safe and environmentally sound manner
 Carry out operations checks on equipment to ensure equipment consistently has high level of operational reliability. Report if equipment reliability, accuracy or calibration is under suspicion
 Review and propose update of operational procedures as needed
 Provide accurate data to scientists relevant to the task at hand
 Comply with all OIMS systems including issuing of work permits under OIMS 6.2 Work Permit
 Under the guidance of the Laboratory Supervisor, work in partnership with Product and Application Technology Engineers / equipment owners to develop and implement new testing programs / methods
Write technical reports under the guidance of scientists.
Give internal and external training / presentation on testing method and case sharing.
Analyze the data obtained and give possible scientific answers given the background of testing request.
Summarize repeated / similar requests, and work out best work flow / problem solving guidance for future requests.

服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:
 Bachelor degree or above in Engineering or Science
 Good command of English in reading, writing and conversation.
 Strong personal integrity and work ethics
 Good interpersonal teamwork skills while also being an independent worker and self-motivator.
 Working computer skills knowledge including Microsoft Office
 Physical conditions should meet requirements for such position according to industry practice
