职位描述：
工作位置苏州工业园区白榆路上班
Main Responsibility主要职责:
1. Collect and nanlyze business requests for HR systems,feasibility stuy with IT and vendor selection.
2. Breakdown the business requests to detailed project user requirements,discuss with IT and vendor for system customization if necessary.
3. Project managemengt together with IT,control project timeline,pushing related party to follow schedule.
4. Compose system testing scenarios and conduct testing for every details,tracking all the issues.
5. System go-live preparation,e.g.data upload,Initial setting,user manual,user training,announcements etc.
6. Project document maintain,e.g.user requirement,testing scenarios,issue tracking list,user manual etc.
7. Post go-live system performance tracking,and raise change request for new requirement.
8. System daily support as a role of HR Admin,e.g.interface,reporting,policy explanation,transaction for special case etc.
9. System problem solving with IT and vendor.
10. System change requests handling.
11. Authorization management for HR systems,public mailboxes and share-point.
12. Coordinate HR systems with other stakeholders per requirement.
13. Perform other duties assigned.
