服务描述/ Brief description of service:
Develop and maintain databases
 Prepares various department reports and projects for supervisory review.
 Organizes department conferences quarterly, as required.
 Receives telephone messages, and distributes or deal with incoming mail. Answers routine inquiries and routes technical inquiries to appropriate personnel.
 May review correspondence, memos, and reports prepared by others for the supervisor to assure procedural and typographical accuracy.
 Assists in the preparation of department reports and projects by gathering standardized information.
 Organizes, maintains and revises files, as required.
 Makes travel arrangements and confirms appointments, as required.
Check original invoice for the expense reports in Concur.
Check and follow various requests.

服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:
2-3年相关工作经验
英文书面熟练，Excel熟练，本科及以上学历。
勤劳肯干，效率高
年轻活泼身体健康，乐于沟通。
