职位描述：
工作内容：

发起MRO采购活动，通过内部竞标过程，谈判和起草合同并获得批准签署,及时启动采购并跟进。
启动可重复的MRO材料采购，及时审核价格, 更新和维护与供应商的商业条款和合同，执行MFG-pro系统数据更新，通知相关功能和用户。
复核非产品原料供应商绩效合规情况， 购买供应的备件和服务。
维护MRO采购文件和供应商合同文件。
整合企业合作供应商,及时报告，节约成本，减少开支，根据企业需求安排供应商在适当的时候跟进项目状态。
识别、发起、管理降低成本，通过识别替代供应商增强运营效益、质量和服务。
沟通维护供应商关系。
起草和改善MRO采购过程。
其他工作任务。
Initiate MRO purchase activities through internal bidding process and negotiations and drafting contract and get approval to sign contract and timely order release and track supplier delivery/user receiving and payment to supplier.
Initiate repeatable MRO materials purchase through MRO process and timely review price, commercial terms and contract renew with suppliers and maintaining MFG-pro system to perform data is up to date and inform to related functions and users.
Timely review of delivery compliance and supplier performance feedback for assigned non-production material, supplies, spares and services purchased
Maintain the MRO purchasing documents and evidence in library for audit and supplier contract file.
Working with corporate team on supplier consolidation, reduction and new project initiate & follow up, timely report cost savings, spending, supplier reduction and project status according to corporate requirements.
Identify, initiate, qualify and manage cost reduction activities by identifying alternative vendors who can offer operational benefits/savings, with no compromise on quality and services. Working with users on alternative non-production materials, spares, supplies and services for overall cost and productivity improvement.
Perform good communication and relationship with inter customers and suppliers.
Drafting and improving MRO purchase process through management approval to perform use friendly for all users.
MESH accountability: Your commitment towards environmental protection is to minimize and eventually, eliminate the use of hazardous substances, promote constant recycling efforts and recovery of resource materials used wherever possible
Perform any other tasks as assigned.

岗位要求：

大专及以上学历，材料管理/工程/液压/机械等理工科专业优先
采购领域2-4年经验者优先
熟悉质量体系者优先
熟悉MRO采购投标流程
良好的口头和书面英语
良好的内外部沟通能力
与供应商的谈判能力较强
College degree in material management/engineering/hydraulics
Above 2 years experience in MRO purchasing area preferred
Understand the requirement of Quality System is plus
Be familiar with MRO purchase and biding process
Good command of verbal and written English
Good communication skill on inter and external customer/supplier communications
Strong negotiation skills with the suppliers
