职位描述：
服务描述：

负责检查差旅费用票据及相关会计资料，月度差旅监控，与银行和员工沟通。
根据公司政策审核员工费用报销发票,识别错误并与员工的沟通，维护审计差错表并与员工跟进补救措施
负责开具并调整来自德克萨斯州的每周花旗支付报告，跟进支付。
负责开具并调整每周CMB运通卡付款报销流程与报告
准确在时间节点前生成月度GL报告,准备JE请求，发送到GFS
维护银行卡相关信息并及时变更
准备每月的开支dash board
纸质发票费用报销
经理分配的其他事项

Be responsible for T&E related documents check and relevant accounting book, and T&E monthly monitoring and communication with bank and staff.
- Perform the staff expenses reimbursement invoice audit and check based on the Company policy, identify any audit failure and communicate with employee, maintain the audit failure list and follow up the remedies from the employee
- Generate weekly Citi payment report from Texas and process the payment with Treasury. Reconcile the payment report against Concur expense report
- Generate weekly CMB Amex Card payment report and process the reimbursement process with Treasury. Reconcile the report against Concur expenses report
- Generate monthly GL report, prepare the JE request and send to GFS for accounting book
- Need to be fully aware the accuracy, cycle time, etc… for uploading, payment, closing
- Maintain the CMB Amex Card related information and communicate with CMB if there are any changes
- Prepare monthly T&E dash board
- File the paper invoices of expenses reimbursement
- Other matters manager assigned

岗位要求：

本科学历，1-2年财务报销、出纳、财务助理类背景候选人或16届毕业财务专业应届生

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business
- AP processing experience and 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Requires strong attention to detail
- Good organizational and prioritization skills
- The ability to work independently with minimum supervision, a self-starter
- Good team player with a positive outlook, can work under pressure
