职位描述：
职责：
     Speed, Accuracy and Quality: zero tolerance for errors;
     Updates / reporting: ensure activities are properly recorded to facilitate management reports;
     Reconcilement and control: perform reconcilement and control functions related to fund transfers;
     Escalation: early escalation in the event of any process delay/error or customer issues which may lead to delays to customer account opening process or impacting quality or regulatory standards;
     Efficiency & Productivity: pro-actively contribute & implement to achieve measurable gains in efficiency & productivity at both, personal and team levels;
     Inquiries / complaints: ensure zero complaints received from customer / coverage team and ALL inquiries are responded to within department SLA’s;
     Training: take an active role in improving process, control discipline and product knowledge;
     Teamwork & support: willingly volunteer across teams and adapt to extended hours work as required, e.g. User Acceptance Testing;
     Work standards & discipline: demonstrate the highest level of work ethics, commitment, comprehension and adhere to Citi’s control & compliance framework, both on a transactional and team level.

要求：
     For an entry level position, an individual should have a bachelors degree and be able to demonstrate skills listed above;
     For a late entry level position, the candidate should have 1-3 years experience (ideally banking, otherwise in an environment where responsibility and accountability is required);
     Customer communication experience (international - internal/external) is a strong plus;
     Working knowledge of operations processes is a strong plus;
     Ideally, prior operations experience handling transaction processing.
