职位描述：
工作职责：
1. Participates actively in all quality improvement activities to enhance customer satisfaction and business results.
2. Reviews enquiries and contracts to ensure that customers’ requirements are well-understood and can be satisfied within company’s ability and policy.
3. Check quotation according to the defined company standard and policy for customer to facilitate business negotiation.
4. Prepares contracts (if required) and perform contract review to ensure that customers’ requirements are well defined in the contracts and are within company’s capability and policy.
5. Performs order follow-up which includes order entry, acknowledgment and monitoring of delivery changes to ensure that customers’ requirements are fulfilled satisfactorily.
6. Coordinates with Group and related functional areas to achieve the defined level of service-out reliability and customer satisfaction.
7. Works closely with customers and related functional areas on delivery and payment arrangement to prevent unnecessary pile-up of stock.
8. Handles administrative complaints promptly to provide satisfactory explanation and corrective actions to customers.
9. Assists in sales forecasting of backorders to facilitate the monitoring of sales target achievement.
10. Advises customer about shipping status and related documents to ensure that customers are well informed of the delivery status.
11. Coordinates with related functions or importer assigned by customer to arrange delivery of physical goods and related documents such as invoice, packing list etc. to customer on time according to customer’s requirement.
12. Coordinates with business team or customer to arrange goods return and follow up on the issue of credit note after receiving inspection
13. Handles and monitors supply orders for components and Subcontracted operations and other supplies according to business needs.

要求：
1. Diploma or above in business studies, supply planning/logistics management or equivalent (PRC)
2. 1-2 years working experience, preferably in commercial and custom declaration fields, supply chain and planning
3. Knowledge of I/E and shipping practices
4. Knowledge of supply planning management
5. Basic PC skills especially in handling data processing and word processing
6. Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skill
7. Fluency in English and Mandarin
