职位描述：
Job Description
1. Lead the assigned sourcing categories within China
2. Supporting local and regional sourcing requirements when requested
3. Work closely with Global Category Managers (GCM) responsible for your category portfolio, ensuring that requirements are fed into the GCM strategies and that GCM strategies are implemented locally
4. Drive Global Sourcing strategies for the specifically assigned portfolio via demand side management (working with key stakeholders) and supply side management (working with sourcing teams and/or external vendors directly).
5. Achieve reductions in third party spend across the portfolio through personal leadership of high value contracts and coordination of in country procurement resources
6. Responsible for category reporting requirements
7. Manage Key Stakeholders who own category spend decisions

Responsibilities
1. Support, define and implement commodity strategies and sourcing plans for your assigned category requirements in China, whilst ensuring appropriate alignment to global and regional commodity and category strategies
2. Lead the sourcing process for assigned categories by managing the end-to-end vendor selection process to deliver overall commercial and contractual benefits
3. Contribute to allocated saving targets as assigned to commodities and region
4. Foster effective collaboration and ensure strong communication line with key stakeholders and colleagues in and across the regions to work towards shared business goals
5. Track and report savings achievements for commodities in scope
6. Proactively engage and integrate input from Regional Lead(s) and/or GCMs in a way that value generation will be optimized

Qualifications & Skills
1. Tertiary education with a minimum of 3 – 4 years of Supply Chain and/or Procurement experience
2. Other related experience in corporate services is an added advantage
3. Skilled in dealing with contractual aspects
4. Ability to work in a commercial environment and tight schedules
5. Good analytical skills
6. Excellent stakeholder management skills
