职位描述：
德资运动品牌 招聘HR Operation Assistant一名
工作地点：陕西南路
薪资：税前5-5.5K
可接受17届毕业生，但必须保证每周4-5天实习，实习后可留用，劳动合同与中智签订

职责：
1. Provide daily HR operations service (on & off boarding, employee life cycle management, data management, reporting) to employees, and ensure execution of HR operations processes compliance with adidas policy and local regulatory laws.
2. Deliver service in a timely manner and/or manage service delivery metrics of third-party supplier performance in relation to the assigned process.
3. Identify best HR operational practices within the region and support in country implementation.
4. Identifies areas for process improvements.
5. Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.

要求：
1. Good communication skills - oral and written both in Chinese and English.
2. Basic knowledge of statistics and accounting and skilled application of Excel, PPT required. Be Sensitive on data.
3. Bachelor or above;
4. High honest, accountable and team player.
