岗位职责：
1、熟读招标文件的要求，根据招投标文件要求，收集制作招标文件需要的技术和商务资料；
2、可独立编写完整标书，使用专业软件或手写投标文件，整体投标文件的排版；
3、标书编写完成后逐项检查、认真核对，确保上交的终版文件无错漏，符合招标要求和规范；
3、负责公司投标文件的保管、归档及整理工作。

任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，2年以上标书制作工作经验；
2、熟悉招投标流程；
3、具有良好的书面表达能力，能熟练使用word、excel、PPT等办公软件，有较好的排版设计能力；
4、有使用专业转件制作标书经验者优先；
4、可承受较强的工作节奏和压力；
5、具有较好的责任心和敬业精神，工作仔细认真。
