工作地点：银川
服务工程师：Hennecke（硅片切粉机，硅片分选机）

工作内容：

-负责硅片检测设备安装调试，维护维修并协助设备验收工作。
-负责设备检测稳定性、可靠性的分析和改善，软件维护和升级改造。
-通过邮件，电话，远程诊断和现场服务方式及时响应客户需求并解决问题，提高客户满意度。
-客户关系维护，了解客户设备运行状态，帮助客户提升质量，产量等
-为销售提供技术支持
-主动为服务提供客户，与直线经理汇报讨论提高设备的生产效率，服务质量

工作技能：

-熟悉机电，计算机和电子技术
-熟悉计算机软件和光学检测
-2年客户服务经验，有光伏或光学检测背景优先考虑
-扎实的技术知识，问题解决能力
-办公室软件技能

要求：
-积极主动，较强的自我管理，自我学习能力， 愿意学习提高自己
-良好的客户服务意识，较好的沟通能力
-团队工作精神
-相似的软件背景优先考虑
-大专及以上学历。电子，软件或者半导体专业
