概述:
The primary purpose of the Demand Planner is to work with Sales and Marketing and Operation and is responsible for coordinating, analyzing, and publishing Demand data, from internal and external stake-holders that is used to drive operational decision-making, as well as forecast business results. The incumbent must be capable of working under limited supervision while adhering to the strict time-lines. The incumbent must also be able to work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Business Partnering to manage issues identified out of the Sales and Operations Planning process through to completion. This position works with the GM- Sales and Marketing, along with input from Sales Director, and Marketing Director for the development, improvement and implementation of Demand Management / Sales Management solutions. This position works with internal/external resources to successfully develop and implement solutions.

岗位职责:
SALES PLANNING & TARGET MANAGEMENT
1. Collect and analyze quantitative data from various data sources (Sell In, Sell Out, Inventory data).
2. Develop, implement and automating processes to collect and manage sales data.
3. Create, maintain and improve sales databases.
4. Preparing regular Daily & Monthly Sales Report and ad-hoc reports supporting Sales & Marketing team.
5. Design & publish daily/weekly/monthly sales report based on collected data.
6. Create dashboards for regional and market leadership teams, and create reports for business reviews.
7. According to reasonable sales forecast, set yearly and monthly sales target.
8. Allocate target to each region and tracking the target achievement, and warning the risk on achievement.
9. Sales incentive policy review and enhancement, performance and incentive calculation.
10. Data modelling for product line, product hierarchy, sales territory, customer category & portfolio analysis to identify business insights as well as corresponding opportunities.

2.Understanding the supply chain dynamics involved in forecasting, production, inventory and distribution
3.Experience with a formal Sales and Operations Planning process a plus
4.Excellent interpersonal skills
