职位描述：
1、负责制定年度工作计划，制定主要生产设备年度维修/保养/检修计划，并组织安排实施，保证设备的良好使用，降低设备损耗与设备故障突发率；组织人员对设备进行维修；建立和健全设备管理、维护制度，协同开展对设备操作人员的培训工作；
2、负责设备维修、保养、改进与采购支持，组织设备管理人员建立设备的台账、档案、点检表、资产编号、安全操作规程;
3、制订、贯彻和执行有关设备管理的各项规章制度;
4、及时组织关键设备故障的抢修、主要设备故障的检修、处理隐患，把好技术关，确保本系统设备经常处于优良的技术状态。;
5、负责设备的安装、调试、验收、移交、转移、封存启用、调拨、报废等工作;
6、负责设备安全、维修人员的安全、设备事故的处理及对设备保养的监督工作，特种设备的检查、维护保养及质检工作;
7、完成上级交办的各项任务；
任职资格：
1、5-7年以上相关工作经验；有大型企业食品行业流水线维修管理经验的优先;
2、年龄：30-40岁；
3、机械制造、机电一体化相关专业，专科以上学历；
4、具备一定的文字书写及组织能力，熟练掌握常用办公软件；
5、工作认真负责，严谨细心，有良好的团队精神和沟通能力;
6、熟悉CAD操作及图纸。
