职位描述
In this specialist role:
-Short-term, you will be responsible for project management and proposal, questionnaire & report support. You’ll develop primary research skills by working on range of research approaches including specialist ‘Custom style’ research across a spread of FMCG clients.
-Long term development would be around building commercial skills to build sales via close connection with Client Service team. You will gain the opportunity of managing whole LinkQ project independently by discovering & solving client issues and jointly working with other Solutions.
Main Duties / Tasks
-Following the research objective & manager’s instructions to support on proposal development
-Following the research objective & manager’s instructions to support on questionnaire development
-Supporting on create clear & insightful presentations and deliver to clients
-Liaising with local client service teams for project opportunity spotting
-Helping to select the most effective sampling groups for each project
-Project-based communication with operation team
-Preparing fieldwork material and leading the fieldwork kick-off meeting
Skill Requirements
-Bachelor degree or above
-Custom agency background in quantitative research (1-2 years)
-Basic market research and statistics knowledge
-Good PC skills with strong in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel & PowerPoint
-Able to use the statistical Software (SPSS or SAS)
-Good command of oral and written English and Chinese
-Attention to detail with analytical skills
-Good communication skills
-Issue handling skills
-Have patience and passion
