The purpose of the job
1. To assist Brand Staging Manger to execute, to implement and to monitor POSM deployment in effective manner;
2. To consolidate and to coordinate with related parties for monitoring and providing updated progress report on Brand Staging development materials in terms of development follow up, production schedule and logistic arrangement.
3. To act as focal point contact with internal stakeholders for consolidate request and information on all Brand Staging developed materials
Accountabilities
Support Brand Staging Manager on daily basis
? To coordinate and to consolidate POSM demands from HQ and regional sales team and report to Brand Staging Manger on regular basis.
? To assist Brand Staging on POSM development work flow administration which includes preparing Purchase Requisition, following up with open PO status and POSM production and logistic schedule.
? To perform general administrative tasks under the supervision of Brand Staging Manger and POSM development process follow up in order to ensure seamless process in terms of POSM development, production and deployment .
? To act as key contact person ensuring distribution and transportation of POSM according to request, including communication with both HQ and local sales team and organizing logistic arrangement as per schedule determined by Staging Manager.
? To conduct ac-hoc POSM related projects as per business needs
Data administration
? To develop and to maintain a good tracking system for all types of POSM in terms of deployed quantities and locations, development status and outstanding POSM to be deployed.
? To develop an effective reporting system/ database capturing all POSM feedback, outlet details and deployment status in order to support future POSM development and deployment plan
? To maintain and to provide POSM inventory report, POSM development progress report on regular basis.
? To provide updated and accurate POSM related report on regular / ad hoc basis
General administration
? To provide general administrative support to Marketing on regular and or ad-hoc basis
? To provide all marketing developed material related information as per requested by Brand Staging and other internal stakeholders on regular and/or ad hoc basis.

1. Good at time management with sense of urgency
2. Good at resource management
3. Able to work under stress to meet all tight project schedule
4. A pro-active independent worker with strong communication skill
5. A good team player and willing to take up multi tasks
