职位职能: 技术主管-视频/音频
岗位要求：
（1）需要对业务相关的视频/音频技术及产品使用科学手段进行评估测试，负责制作相关分析报告及技术提案书；
（2）跟进了解视音频领域的识别、采集、压缩、传输、播放环节的主流技术与发展趋势
职位描述：
（1）对业务相关技术及各种办公自动化相关技术的评估测试及进入，制作相关分析报告及提案书；
（2）搜集业务上下游技术相关技术公司及产品的信息，进行相关的技术测试；
（3）通过对合作伙伴和竞争对手的技术对比分析，提供优劣势及竞争机会分析报告；
任职要求：最低任职资格
（1）大学本科毕业，理工科背景
（2）3年以上视音频处理相关技术的产品开发经验；有视频网站的技术工作经验优先；
（3）熟悉视频/音频相关的软硬件厂商及产品，了解各厂商的技术特点；
（4）对新技术敏感，喜欢摸索，学习和动手能力强；
（5）具备较好的沟通能力和逻辑思维能力；
专业技能：
（1）熟悉MPEG1,MPEG4、WMV9等视频编码技术；
（2）熟悉流媒体的处理技术；
（3）熟悉视频/音频的采集及编辑技术；
（4）能阅读英文资料
