职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.Responsible for new tooling and process launch,;
1、负责工厂的新模及新工艺的方案及进度;
2.Work with production and technical to improve the process and reduce TC;
2、与生产及技术一起对制程进行改良及降低标准工时;
3.Support production to improve the 6S and quality with IE method;
3、用IE手法协助生产改善现场６S及提升品质;
4.Introduce new method and technology to reduce the workforce and cost reduction;
4、新进新工艺及新技术对现场工序行改良，以降低员工工作强度及成本;
5.Lead process engineer to understand the issue of scrap with continually improvement to reduce it;
5、带领工艺工程师对现场制程进行监控并持续改善以降低报废;
6.Assess the KPI for process engineer by monthly;
6、对工艺工程师进行月度考核及评估;
7.Fixture design and spare part of tooling management;
7、工装夹具的设计及模具备品备件的管理;
8.Monitor and manage the tooling document(maintenance record, tooling drawing, accept form of new tooling…..).
8、模具资料的管理．
岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历，工程或理工科专业;
1.University above;
2、10年以上相关制造行业经验， 3年以上制造工程部经理管理工作经验；
2.10 years above manufacturing experience, with more than 3 years management skill;
3、熟悉制造业产品生产工艺， 具备丰富的塑胶/五金模具，注塑，冲压，喷涂，及产品组装经验和背景.
