Key Accountabilities:
主要职责
1．认真贯彻执行国家、地方和企业的各种技术标准、法令、法规，并按照有关规定严格执行；Implement conscientiously various technical laws, regulations and standards in the levels of nation, locality and enterprise;
2．负责对各种原材料、半成品和产品的质量进行监控，发现质量问题及时报告工厂厂长采取措施；Take charge of the quality monitor for all kinds of raw materials, semi-products and finished products; send report to Plant mgr in case of quality problem to take timely measure;
3．负责生产成品的型式检验工作；Responsible for the “format test” work of finished products;
4．负责检测报告的批准工作，作为“技术负责”在报告上签字，并负责发放工作；Take charge of the approval of testing report, sign it in the name of “technical responsible” and distribute it;
5．负责试验室各种记录的整理工作；Responsible for the arrangement of various records of laboratory;
6．负责对试验人员使用的标准、规范的学习和执行情况进行检查，确保试验工作严格按照标准进行；In charge of the check to the learning and implementation situation of laboratory staff about the norms and standards to make sure that the testing work is being conducted strictly according to the norms;
7．负责EHS,5S和ISO、WCM等项目在试验室的全面运行；Responsible for the overall operation of the projects including EHS, 5S and ISO、WCM in laboratory.
8．负责本团队的日常管理，包括设施、设备、人员等；Take charge of the daily management of the team including the equipments, facilities and people.
9．负责实验室计量检定、对外联络、实验室资格审定等相关工作；Responsible for the metrological verification, contact with external organs, lab qualification inspection etc.
10．其他交办的与质量、实验室相关事宜 Other tasks assigned related to quality and lab.

Qualification Requirements：
任职要求
* Typical Education Level教育背景： College degree or above..
* Relevant experience, knowledge and skills相关经验技能：Minimum 3 year relevant experiences in manufacturing enterprise of WFOE or JV in building materials industry. With necessary testing certificates(Certificates should be achieved within 6 months,otherwise applicants would be regarded as unqualified). Basic English in oral and written. PC abilities
* Abilities, personal characteristics and competencies能力、个性特点和素质：show discipline, with communication skill, well organized, reliable and loyal person, self-motivated

圣戈班伟伯-麦克斯特
圣戈班伟伯于1902年始创于法国，2008年与麦克斯特集团合并，是预拌砂浆行业的世界领导者，在全球35个国家为您的建筑提供新建及翻新的解决方案。
伟伯绿建作为集团登陆中国的平台于2004年在上海顺利成立。位于南汇区的工厂占地面积22,000m2，采用从奥地利进口的全套设备，年设计生产能力10万吨。
2005年总投资达1.5亿元的麦克斯特建筑材料（北京）有限公司在北京昌平建厂投产。年设计生产能力30万吨，生产设备全部采用集团的m-tec公司制造的最新设备，产品配方来自集团的芬兰帕拉依宁建筑材料开发及应用实验室，该实验室也是欧盟标准化委员会用于建材检测的指定实验室。公司所有产品及配方经过严格的欧盟环保测试，在满足国际环保标准、欧洲环保标准的同时，还满足世界上最严格的北欧建材环保标准M1。2007年2月，又成立了北京麦克斯特建筑装饰工程有限公司，建立了从产品到施工的一整套业务体系。
