Job responsibility:

1.Create automation solution that meet Emerson site specific automation goals;
2.Lead a team of engineer (Automation Engineering) and others in the development and support of new define automation project;
3.Review and submit all equipment requirement plans, along with assessment of the robustness of the solution to meet the requirements of the operation and implementation of any additional solution to mitigate any risks to the plans;
4.Define /Review/Approve supplier’s process flow, floor layout, PFMEA, control plan;
5.Define /Review/Approve design and qualification plan of machine, fixture, measurement system and tooling;
Requirements：
1.Diploma /Degree or equivalent to software /electrical design;
2.5 years of related experience in a technology based industry, where a mix of automated and manual assembly techniques is utilized;
3.Industrial engineering /automation process experience;
4.Able to manage people /project and determine the automation requirement and drive deliverables to commitment through global network of vendor and internal resources;
5.Strong background in design and Buy-off machine, fixture ,jig, and automation required;
6.Project management experience (Planning, cost &Delivery)required;
7.Experience working with international OEM partners preferred;
8.Knowledge of statistics ,problem solving, six-sigma tools and quality planning preferred;
9.Must Knowledge of solid work with Mechanical Design;
10.Project management skill;
11.Strong written & Verbal communication in English;
12.Able to travel/locate to any country
