Job Description:

1.Establish process quality control rule (PMP, PDRA, PA,PBR), keep monitor daily status (ECO, RMA, SPC and CPK) to improve quality control continuously with engineering/manufacture member.
2.Generate process/quality procedures and work instruction for QAC inspector to carry out all operations without ambiguity. Train and qualify QAC inspector according to training material.
3.Day to day review/handle non-conformity issue disposing and follow up root cause, CA implement, effectiveness
4.Set up regular (monthly/weekly/daily) review meeting at responsible area to review with manufacturing/engineering to review real time quality issue, follow up CA implementation and continuous improvement.
5.High priority to handle customer claim in relevant process area and drive 8D report to CQE to support PBR closure well with requirement lead time.
6.Be responsible for measurement tooling/instrument’s maintenance and new measurement tooling/instruction’s introduction/setup, including relevant measurement process’s establishment/implementation.
7.Be responsible for new product/project’s introduction’s qualification and new process establishment confidence to release production according to customer requirement.
8.Provide leadership to machine/process qualification and line qualification audit, good participation at customer visit/audit.
9.Actively participation at company’s activity organized by QIG/Lean six sigma team, sport team and other etc.
10.Take temporary task from superior.

Job Requirement:
1.Bachelor or above. Electrical, mechanical or relevant.
2.Be familiar with QC 7 tools, PPAP/APQP/FMEA/MSA/SPC/CP/CPK/8D/ESD control procedure and quality system, EHS relative knowledge.
3.At least 2 years experience at PCBA manufacture field is preferred and be familiar with Power Supply products is a plus.
4.Good problem solving skill and good report skill.
5.Good communication and cooperation with other department.
6.Good in written and spoken English language.
