1、在服务部主管领导下，负责对零件库存、人员、软件、硬件等有效控制。
2、协调有关部门的零件申请及发放工作。
3、制定零件中心的具体工作流程、管理文件和相关规定。
4、对零件中心的人员管理以及驻外零件库存情况进行管理和监督。
5、组织编写零件价格及目录。


1、Under the leadership of head from the service department,resposible for parts stock,personnel
software,hardware and other effective control.
2、Coordinate with relevant departments of the parts application and shipment.
3、Make the specific work processes of part center,manage documents and related regulations.
4、Manage the people of parts center and control the situation of outside parts stock.
5、Organize to compile the parts price and catalog.
6、Promote the sale of parts and related auxiliary,ensure the benefits.
7、Organize to discuss the parts service new methods,new systems,efforts to improve customers' satisfaction
