职位描述
职责
1.协助销售渠道进行销售和促销活动,以达到销售目标:
1)清楚得了解销售区域的市场潜力和主要竞争对手的信息
2) 执行销售经理下达的策略以达成目标
3)达成销量和分布点的目标
2.监督销售渠道的管理:
1)建立报表,记录渠道销售成绩,辨认并解决问题
2)收集并检查渠道销售收据,确认销售奖金的支付。
3.销售团队管理
1)辅导销售代表的销售,铺货,促销活动技巧
2)拜访主要客户以建立业务关系
3)设定销售代表的目标
4)监督销售代表的日常工作,确保销售代表能按照销售流程的标准执行
5)依据销售流程指南进行工作,与主要售点业主协商市场活动和合同等
6) 策划及分配销售队伍的工作,确保区域内销售、铺货及促销活动的进行。
7)通过良好的沟通和人际关系技巧建立较强业务员团队并确保良好合作
4. 其他
1)二批经销商管理
2)销售卓越项目的执行
3)监督销售代表进行托马斯调研
4)按照计划执行销售和市场项目
资质和专业能力要求:
1.专科或以上
2. 3-4年饮料类相关销售工作经验。
3.良好的执行力,良好的分析能力, 特别是财务类或销售类的相关分析,
4.良好的团队管理能力,能带领一个小型团队,
5.良好的沟通,谈判及人际交往能力,
6.能较好地对团队进行辅导及培训
7.熟悉市场、客户及渠道信息。
