皮革助理。要求能用英文读写，思维清晰，踏实细致，有一些供应链方面的经验。主要负责管理SAP系统订单和库存数据。 合同期1年。

General Function

The role will maintain and keep accurate SAP data record, mainly on - a). the daily creation of PO by batch / record MIGO qty / PO block & unblock control. b) Maintenance of the production master data of material / color, standard cost/processing cost / selling price etc.

Primary Duties

• To collect daily orders from Customer Service (CS) department, issue types of orders (free of charge, development etc) to the contractor tannery of different location (Thailand, China, Vietnam, etc) on time.
• Check stock availability, coordinate with contractor tannery for PO creation and confirm Estimated Time of Delivery (ETD) in SAP
• Ensure data transfers of raw material, WIP and finished goods from each contractor are of highest accuracy on time before entering into SAP system.
• Follow up and collect daily reports from contractor tannery, execute SAP transactions follow SOP timely and accuracy.
• Run various kinds of SAP reports daily and distribute to internal team within the designed time frame.
• Visit contractor tanneries periodically to keep good relationship that will help to resolve any processing problems

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required

• Good English in Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking.
• Computer Literate (Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Excel, etc.).
• Knowledge of leather making is preferred (prior work experience in pigskins tanning & finishing is an advantage)
• Ability to work under pressure securing on time completion
• Graduated from College or university.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Self-motivated and results driven.
