职位描述
Job Responsiblilites:
- Reports directly to Senior Vice President, APAC
- Responsible for business development and provide in-store marketing services to brand marketers and retailers worldwide
- Records client requirements in the client ‘Briefing’ document ensuring accurate reflection of client comments and requirements
- Sends quote to client for edits and final approval
- Obtains purchase order from client upon final approvals
- Gains commitments on project dates and corresponding deliverables from clients
- Leads kick-off meeting and engages appropriate team members and SMEs, ensuring total understanding of project components and individual responsibilities
- Provides managerial leadership for the account team including, performance feedback, training, performance coaching, communication, motivation, priorities and focus, Completes applicable document as required
- Is the escalation point for problems / issues not resolved through the APM or PPM, providing sound advice, direction and decisions on next steps
- Frequently communicates project information on client expectations, milestones, changes and targets. Ensures effective communication between team members
- Organizes people and activities for efficient work flow, assigns accountabilities to the team members. Where appropriate simplify complex processes to focus people on the right tasks / deliverables
- Monitors project time, quality and cost implications to ensure up to date project progress. Regularly assesses project constraints and requirements and communicates to appropriate team members as required. Ensures appropriate actions are implemented
- Performs financial review and analysis on project to ensure forecasting accuracy and on budget completion
- Presents client with project status updates ensuring client satisfaction with project progress. Communicates and elevates client concerns in a timely manner, ensures resolution of issues or problems with the project or client concerns
- Identifies opportunities for wallet growth with client and provides sales support when required
- Leads and /or participates in various meetings, including daily stand ups. Ensures any follows up communication is initiated and circulated, prepares reports, as required or requested ensuring timely and accurate information
Job Requirements:
? University graduate in Business Administration/Sales and Marketing or related disciplines
? At least 5 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing or business development preferred in retail fixtures industry field
? A senior and highly professional new business developer, with a minimum 3 years related industry experience with leading international brands and retailers
? Fluent spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
? Excellent communication and presentation skills
? Travel China and oversea countries are required
? Proven new business development skills within the retail fixtures industry preferred.
? Self-starter able to work under own initiative and strong resilience
? Well-developed and demonstrable strategic thinking process
? Experience in research that supports new business development
? Self-motivated and well organized
