Responsibilities:

- Provide support to change management required for the Enterprise Architecture Project

- Responsible to research, write, proofread, translate and produce publications / newsletters as needed

- Writing and Presenting employee communications including plans / proposal / business cases to stakeholders

- Responsible to organizing and delivering training sessions to end users

- Assist in maintaining and publishing updated information in SharePoint

- Any other job duties assigned by your superior

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree holder

- At least 2 years experience, preferred in mass communication / change management

- Solid knowledge of training management function, classroom training execution / coaching experience

- Strong background in project and change management is preferred

- Have working experience in global and complex organization is an advantage

- Strong verbal and written communication in English ,Chinese (Putonghua)andCantonese.

- Work independently, positive thinking, good working and learning attitude and team player

- Business travel is required
