Key Areas of Responsibilities
The Digital Marketing Manager will work with the Sr. Marketing Manager, Marcom Manager, Product Managers, Media & agencies to implement marketing, e-commerce, content and product strategies that drive end customers’ engagement and revenue growth. The Digital Manager will be responsible for generating revenue from SEO, SEM and e-commerce and deriving business insights via in-depth analysis of user activity.
We seek a highly motivated individual with previous experience managing aspects of a brand’s(B2B is preferred) digital marketing or e-commerce strategies, including performance- and data-driven marketing. The Manager will be directly responsible for key functional areas and major digital initiatives within the Hach China marketing team. This individual should be an innovative problem solver with strong analytical skills to develop key customer facing marketing activity.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The Manager’s core responsibilities will include the following specific activities:
SEO Management:
? 1.Drive revenue generated from SEO;
? 2.Review Analytics(google/Baidu etc.) in order to optimize content and products, and collaborate with marketing and agency team to improve engagement and conversion metrics on site;
? 3.Manage the day-to-day SEO program, roadmap and growth strategy based on customer and competitive insights, agency recommendations, brand strategy and E-commerce goals;
? 4.Plan, manage and execute search engine optimization efforts to ensure consistent high keyword ranking on search engines;
? 5.Report findings and provide appropriate counter-strategies when appropriate;
SEM Management:
On a daily basis, you’ll be responsible for:
? 1.Drive revenue generation from SEM;
? 2.The strategy of pay-per-click campaigns including bid management and optimization;
? 3.Use statistical analysis to draw conclusions about marketing campaigns and make recommendations accordingly(on a weekly base); Developing optimization strategy and create execution plan;
? 4.Managing agencies to implement successful bidding strategies and effective keyword management based on business goals and targets;
? 5.Identifying growth opportunities and implement initiatives to ensure continue improvements of financial ROI for the business;
E-Commerce Management:
? 1.Drive revenue generation from E-commerce;
? 2.Collaborate with Commercial Team to help the customer shop more confidently while adding benefit to our SEO program;

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

Individual will manage 3rd party agencies and vendors, including web developers
Individual will frequently work with US HQ marketing team
Position will have significant interaction with senior management
KNOWELEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Creative problem solver with the ability to analyze information and develop novel approaches to complex issues
Willingness to work in an extremely hands-on manner—develop the strategy behind a particular initiative and then execute

Understanding of current marketing trends, including personalization, targeting, and data-driven planning
Analytical skills – ability to assess data and identify trends
Ability to adeptly manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and follow through
Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage third party resources
Excellent written communication
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
College degree required
4-6 years digital marketing experience required
Knowledge of Google/Baidu Analytics required
Knowledge of and skill in using MS Office and other productivity tools – Word, Excel, Power Point required
