As a Team Lead, you will lead a functional work team focused on the complete, accurate, and timely completion of SCM transactions and ensure compliance with internal guidelines and procedures; as well as:
- Monitor accurate processing of SCM transactions;
- Oversee organization and work allocation for individuals involved in processing;
- Oversee analysis of SCM transactions and highlights discrepancies/anomalies for correction;
- Identify, recommend and assist in implementation of best practices to gain efficiency and drive productivity gains;
- Along with the SCM Delivery Manager lead internal control over SCM transactions;
- Provide regular coaching and training to the team.
- Supports the transition of Procure to Pay (P2P) processes into the Global Business Services organization;
- Demonstrates continuous focus of efficiency and reliability improvement. Identifies, proposes and runs optimization initiatives to ensure flawless execution of purchasing process.
- Bachelor's degree and minimum 4 years’ experience in SCM functions;
- Experience of working in Back Office SCM operations;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in team management;
- Experience in transition projects, including leading/participation in a transition team for Supply Chain/Procurement a strong plus;
- Proficient in business English, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience of SAP SCM Module a strong plus;
- Advanced Excel knowledge a strong plus;
