2. To make ensure that all tax declaration and income tax return for this company are reported accurately and timely, (accurately means 100% follow up local tax regulations, timely means reports are submitted before tax authority stipulated deadline.) Cargill tax reports are included in item 1

3. Function as a key member of legal entity management team to aid in the development of customer solutions and implement internal control requirements. To make sure business operations are compliance with Cargill requirement and legal requirement escalating non-compliance issues to manager. To play a important role to communicate between business operation and function.
