职位描述：
Position Specification:
The inventory manager is responsible for leading the supply management department to achieve the department target, supervising process implementation and improvement, managing the performance of the team, setup and maintaining the culture of business ethic. He/she takes efforts to keep and improve the inventory accuracy; in time supply rate and inventory fulfillment rate. He/she is also in charge of the logistics problem solving to deliver the part to branches.

Basic Accountabilities:
1. Stock part issue /Stock part receipt/Stock up and sort
2. Cycle count to inventory
3. PCB management and tracking
4. Stock location adjustment
5. Stock quantity management with accuracy
6. Stock part management with quality
7. Internal contact with Purchase and CS team
8. Note the daily operational data in stated media.
9. Business data collection and analysis.
10. Transportation tracking and data analysis.
11. Performance management to the team member.
12. logistics management
13. To implement and sustain an effective EH&S management system throughout the organization.
14. Follow Service Excellence policies and procedures, implement SE customer commitments, plan and execute SE activities, provide trainings to their employees and achieve SE goals/targets.

1. on time technical support rate
2. Stock accuracy
3. Inventory turn over
4. Wrong issue rate
5. Rate of shipping on time
6. 5S keep of warehouse


Principle Working Relations:
OCL branches, logistics venders, parts venders

Qualification Requirement:
1. Education: college or above
2. Experience: warehouse supervisor or senior warehouse keeper experience
3. Language: general English skill
4. Computer Skills: master of Microsoft office
5. Mandatory requirements: integrity and team work spirit
6. Self management ability.
7. Other Key Competencies: learning capability, Dedicated to work, earnest, precise, good at communication, with full passion, healthy to adapt to different shifts 举报 分享
