职位描述：
1. Brand site optimization
Cooperate with HQ and BIS team to maintenance the brand site both PC and Mobile smoothly, initiate and propose functional and usability optimization
2. Marketing& business
Plan and execute the Ecommerce marketing & business strategy eg. New product launch plan, seasonal promotion plan, new recruitment & repeat retain plan and so on.
3. ECRM program
In terms of ECRM program strategy to execute communication plan, such as SMS, CSR outbound and track the ECRM performance.
4. Inventory control
Monitor each product and samples estimate units and setting the offer
5. Creative and design
Brief to creative agency about design landing page, homepages and other promotion windows to ensure high-conversion rate and match brand image according to e-commerce marketing calendar.
6. CSRs management
Plan the CSRs incentive to drive both inbound and outbound phone orders .track the CSRs performance, work with brand education team to upgrade the CSRs both service and sales skills. 举报 分享
