职位描述：

1.

1.Review the request and check details if necessary. Approach the audit requestor including buyer, PM and div QA to confirm the audit requests are still valid. Coordinate the audit scheduling for Asia team and publish the audit schedule to the whole team in time. The info in the audit schedule should be accurate

2. Help third party to arrange third party audit with our retail vendors, get all the required documents/forms filled out.

3. Collect ISO documents from retail vendors

4. Collect retail product specs from retail vendors

5.

5. Help US team to get design transfer agreements signed by our vendors

6.

6. Get Supplier handbook signed by our vendors.

7.

7. Publish master vendor audit list to buyers twice per month. Specifically, one is in the beginning of each month and the other one is in the middle time of each month. The info in the master vendor audit list should be accurate.

8. Publish audit report status and CAPA status to the whole team twice per month. Specifically, one is in the beginning of each month and the other one is in the middle time of each month. The info in the audit report status and CAPA status should be accurate.

Requirement: 1. Major in Pharmacy, Chemicals, Microbiology, Engineering etc. is preferred

2. Written/Spoken English Proficiency Level--Excellent

3. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel

4. Ability to travel >10%

5. ISO13485 internal auditor certificate is preferred

6. Ability to schedule QSR and SA audit

7. Have quality system and auditing experience is preferred

8. Excellent communication skills

9. Excellent time management skills

10. Good interpersonal and organization skills

11. Good follow up skills and carefulness
