Main responsibilities and key activities:
1. Act as a business partner to the Mid. level leaders in the region in all people, performance and organization related issues
2. Ensure the proper talent processes are in place and the OTA process for China is kept up to date and actions are completed
3. Driving employee engagement and retention by implementing action and improvement plans following the annual engagement survey
4. Create a high performance business culture by aligning all relevant processes like compensation, incentives, helping line managers set challenging goals, do regular interim performance reviews and create improvement plans where necessary, measuring progress through key KPI’s
5. Formulation, establishment & delivery of a broad range of HR policies and practices to improve the attraction, development and retention of talent & to ensure that compensation & development strategies are aligned with corporate & regional objectives.
6. Key focus areas: Talent, Retention, Development, Recruitment strategy, OTA processes, Compliance, Learning and change management
7. Provide local support in M&A due diligence and integration projects where necessary
8. Lead through mastery of DBS HR best practices
9. Represent Esko in Danaher China HR council

Positioning:
From whom do you receive direction: HR Director, Asia
Who do you direct: China based Esko and X-Rite HR resources

Qualifications and professional knowledge:
1.General degree or Masters in a related discipline (e.g, HR, Business Admin), with at least 8+ yrs operational HR experience and 3+ years managerial experience in a multinational environment
2. Proficiency in English
3. Strong operational HR experience in a Foreign Multinational Company (FMC)

7. Proficiency in Excel & selected application tools (HRIS, Forecasting,)
