? This position will report to MPT and NEMA LPG manager. Act as the Finance Business Partner and operate as an integral part of the Business Team. Support LPG manager and works as a partner with business leadership to manage growth, cost, and operating profit and working capital measures according to set goals. Other key elements of the role are as follows:

? Planning, measuring, analysis and decision support:
o Timely provide the management with relevant and reliable business information that is presented in an understandable way following ABB’s Accounting and Reporting Guidelines (A&RG)
o Summarize the analysis with key highlights, lowlights and challenges which necessitate management attention
o Support decision taking by running what-if scenarios and planning activities
o Forecast, monitor the actual performance against budget/forecast, improve forecast accuracy, develop in-depth understanding of business profit/cost drivers
o Track business performance against strategic objectives and strategic action programs to verify whether the strategy has been effectively executed
? Driving business results:
o Define strategic objectives and stretch targets with the management team. Optimize the business structure and its processes to achieve the strategic goals.
o Be focused on cash return and profit, guard the cash flow of the operation and drive cost improvement
o Provide financial support to the related department, suggest valid options and follow-up on defined actions
o Perform internal and external benchmarks and derive improvement actions
o In case of deviation or pre-warning signals, define corrective action plans with the management and follow-up its execution on a regular basis
o Work directly with all disciplines in the business to ensure accurate forecasts and timely follow up on overdue accounts.”
? Financial Risk management:
o Assess the business risk exposure, define and implement financial risk mitigation strategies to reduce adverse potential impacts on the business
o To mitigate financial risks (e.g., currency, commodity, customer credit and liquidity risk)
? Financial background, structured and result oriented with focus on processes
? Demonstrated analytical and cross-cultural communication skills with strong attention on detail
? Independent thinking and having a broader view
? Knowledge and experience in MS Office (Excel, PPT, etc.), in SAP preferred (CO and FI modules)
? Demonstrated good problem solving skill, approaching problems with open mind and persistence in order to deliver on time
? Education: Accounting and / or equivalent experience.
? Experience: > at least 5 years of relevant work experience in business control in JV or WOFE
? Fluent in English in speaking and writing
