职位描述：

1. 全面负责所属市场的营销、团队管理工作 建立客户关系，跟踪客户及项目情况，制定销售计划；
2. 性格外向，具备较强的亲和力和良好的沟通判断能力，自我管理和工作计划性强；
3. 管理销售人员、帮助建立、补充、发展、培养销售队伍；
4. 完成公司下达的销售任务，协助部门成员完成销售任务。

职位要求：

1. 良好的职业素质，具备销售管理工作经验；
2. 熟悉翻译市场状况，有翻译公司销售工作经验优先考虑；
3. 良好的团队合作精神和责任感；
4. 性格开朗，思维敏捷，具备良好的应变能力
