GENERAL SUMMARY & OVERALL CHALLENGES
Leica Biosystems, one OpCo of Danaher (Fortune 500) will focus on pathology product pipeline into the pathology labs. As the only pathology total solution supplier in the world, Leica Biosystems is keeping the market leader in both Clinical and Life Science, while based on business’s rapid growing, the needs of professional knowledge delivery and application/ trainings support become urgent. It will be important for Leica to find creditable candidates to implement company strategies to acquire market share and growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Provide high-level technical expertise and product knowledge to the Advance staining FISH,IHC,ISH
2.Provide technical support for LBS AS products in China, establish and maintain good relationship with clients.
3.Provide trainings and organize workshops for both internal and external clients for before and after sales support.
4.Lead and help distributors to build up professional local application teams.
5.Promote assigned specialized products to potential clients and expand the customer base.
6.Report market information to management.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
Professional Experience
? With no less than 2 years’ working experience of application or laboratory research in Pathology (core histology, IHC, FISH and ISH).
Education
? Bachelor or Master’s degree in medical with strong background in Pathology or medicine.
Language
? Fluent in both written and oral English.
Travel (required estimated % of time)
? 30%~40%

? Excellent computer skill both in hardware and software.
? Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skill.
? A good team player, quick learner and potential leader.
? Willing to travel intensively.
