To meet sales target by implementation of sales activities in the assigned region.

Implementation of divisional market strategy
市场战略实施
- To be responsible for compressor equipment,Hydraulic Attachment sales of Construction Tool and achieve sales target by individual effort and distributor network.
  负责建筑技术工具移动式空压机和液压辅助工具的销售，通过个人努力和分销网络达成销售目标
- To equip self with excellent product and application knowledge
  具备丰富的产品和应用知识
- To be special expert sales in hydraulic attachment application, fully understand basic knowledge of carriers and the installation process between hydraulic attachment and carriers
  在液压属具应用中能成为一个特殊专家销售，完全熟悉了解载机的基本原理，同时理解 熟悉液压属具与载机配套的整个安装流程
- To focus on direct sales on heavy hydraulic breakers，meanwhile develop new distributors and establish a consolidated sales channel network on small and middle hydraulic breakers.
  重点关注重型液压破碎锤的直销，同时在小型和中型液压破碎锤产品上发展新的分销商并在区域内建立稳定的销售网络
- To organize actively product demonstration with seminar in efficient way
   积极有效组织产品演示和客户交流活动
- To enlarge our market share and customer share as much as possible
  尽可能扩大我们的市场份额和客户的产品占有率
- To provide timely and accurate sales, market and competitors information to the Business Line Manager.
  向销售总监提供及时、准确的市场和竞争对手信息。
- To organize the training of product technical sales skill to key account customers and distributors.
  组织大客户和分销商的产品技术培训
- To develop and enhance good working relationship with customers and distributors in the territory to advance the selling efforts.
  在区域内发展和强化与客户和分销商良好的工作关系，以提升销售业绩
- To implement actively other tasks assigned by Business Line Manager.
  积极完成销售总监指派的其他任务
Co-ordination with product, aftermarket, logistic and credit team
与产品、售后、物流和信用控制团队合作
- To interact with aftermarket team to provide good after sales service to customers, deliver an over-satisfied service to customers as Atlas Copco vision: “First in Mind, First in Choice”.
  与售后团队积极互动以向客户提供良好的售后服务, 正如阿特拉斯?科普柯愿景“第一印象，第一选择” 为客户提供非常满意的服务
- To keep relationship with logistic team to ensure machine's delivery orderly.
  与物流团队保持良好的关系以确保设备如期交付
- To communicate with product team in obtaining product support.
  与产品团队保持良好的沟通以获取产品支持
- To be responsible for account receivables in compliance with company credit policy.
  负责客户的回款，遵守公司信用政策

Job requirements:
任职要求：
- University degree or above, majored in mechanical engineer or equivalent.
  大学或以上学历，机械工程或相关专业
- More than 3 years’ experience in machinery sales.
  3年以上机械相关产品的销售经验
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, good teamwork spirit, self-motive, goal-oriented and energetic.
  突出的人际交流和谈判技巧，良好的团队合作精神，自我激励，目标导向和工作热情。
- Willing to travel.
