Job description
Marketing intelligence
Conduct China macro research objective for overall and regional demand projection
Conduct market survey to identify new business opportunities
Coordinate market campaign activity for professional and consistent leads generation
Identify and participate in key industry organization to map main investment planning
Conduct application trend research for product and competence development
Follow up main competition dynamic and keep developing competitive intelligence strategy
Coordinate with product manager to execute specific product benchmarking objective

Territory and sales efficiency
Identify area business trend and potential
Conduct business analysis for sales efficiency improvement
Key account, dealer & OEM strategy development
Sales tool development and maintaining across product line from total solution point of view
Follow up customer complaint and optimize handling process across departments

Mission
- This position will be responsible to conduct a variety of researches to support upstream marketing strategy formulation.
- To develop and improve both internal & external process with database in order to increase efficiency

Experience requirements
* You have an ability to understand how a changes in the market and/or in competitor behaviors may affect OFA business
* You have a sound business understanding and ability to detect new business opportunities – both in terms of organic growth

Knowledge
* You have an overall knowledge of OFA markets and products.
* You are conversant with CRM tools – SalesForce.com. Salmon, SAP etc.
* You have good knowledge of English.
* You have good knowledge of MS Office, especially power point.
* Prior experience in market analysis or business intelligence is an advantage.

Educational requirements
* An mechanical or electrical engineering background is necessary.

* You have an exploring personality and a genuine interest to seek and analyze information that enables OFA to pursue business opportunities and to early spot competitor behavior that may – positively or negatively – affect OFA Business

*You have good communication and commercial skills.
