Job description
·Respond to customer inquiries and provide quotations when required using the companies CRM system.
·Work closely with our sales and technical staff for your region.
·Prepare and process customer requests to establish credit accounts and pass them to the company Credit Manager for approval.
·Compile, process and manage rental contracts from start to finish with the use of the companies ERP system.
·Communicate with the customer1` throughout the rental contract and undertake activities to develop customer loyalty.
·Establish and maintain professional relationships with transport companies to enable prompt engagement for rental equipment deliveries and pick-ups after obtaining competitive quotes.
·Prepare documentation for hire equipment deliveries and returns and brief transport drivers on delivery and pick-up procedures and requirements.
·Raise purchase orders for transport and craneage equipment and services.
·Monitor rental charges and periods for “on-going” rental contracts for cash clients to ensure charges do not exceed the amount of deposit received.
·Arrange where required “operator” training and briefing in operator checks, maintenance and operating procedures and techniques for rental customer employees, appropriate to the equipment item hired.
·Coordinate with the technicians to ensure field service, and routine fleet checks and inspections are undertaken. Ensure returned equipment is quickly made rent-ready.
·Investigate all circumstances relating to customer claims for credit invoices, and raise the credit invoice only after approval from the Business Controller.
·Process accounts payable invoices and pass to the Business Controller for approval.
·Maintain the branch filing systems, registers and records.
·Maintain the branch stocks of parts, consumables and administrative stationery and materials and raise and submit purchase orders when required.
·Abide by, and ensure customers, contractors, and other employees, abide by the requirements of the companies safety, environment and quality assurance systems.
·Control and monitor technicians service allowance claims and time sheets and service job allocations in conjuction with the responsible manager.
·Perform other duties for which the incumbent is trained, qualified and capable, as directed by their Manager.

Coordinate and monitor rental systems and procedures and implement the administrative, accounting, and technical actions necessary to satisfy customer rental requirements and to maintain the maintenance standards and availability levels of the rental fleet equipment for China.
