职位描述：
Basic Accountabilities:
 1.Provide effective leadership in planning and executing the new product/ components development with IPD team (Marketing, project engineering, expert engineering, quality, supply chain, production, etc.)
2.Utilize program management process and tools during each phase.
3.Lead IPD team to define the target of performance, schedule, cost, reliability… at the initial phase, generate BOP, ATOR and get approval from stakeholders.
4.Prepare and lead project planning meetings, and create project plan by MS project or similar project management software.
5.Direct the risk management and FMEA to ensure mitigation/ contingency plan in place.
6.Maintain program plan to accurate understand and communicate project status.
7.Coordinate with functional groups to review IPD team member roles, responsibility and performance, provide performance feedback as required.
8.Accountable on IPD team member capability and career development.
9.Frequency telephone conference, meetings and presentations are needed to ensure all IPD members and parties from different areas and BUs are on the same page.
10.Lead technical review and business review at each milestone, coordinate on the material prepare and present during the key milestone review meetings.
 
Qualification Requirement:
1.Education: Bachelor/ master degree of engineering.
2.Experience: At least 3 years program manager experience with 2~ 3 products successful delivered.
3.Language: CET-4 and above. Experienced oral and written communication skills in English, can use clear and fluent English to describe and explain complex issues, able to make complex presentation with English and exchange information with audience effectively.
4.Experienced with product development process and skills, PMP certified is preferred.
5.Computer Skills: experienced on MS Office and project management software.
6.Good interpersonal and communications skills.
7.Flexible to work overtime under high pressure. 举报 分享
