职位描述：

职责：
1、供应商资格认定、现场质量审核和能力评估；
2、供应商质量绩效评分和持续改进；
3、不合格原材料诊断和分析，纠正措施和预防措施的跟进和验证；
4、参与新产品的质量认证，带领团队进行首件批准作业。
5、原材料检验/测试方法、基准和程序建立；
6、测量和进货检验技术员培训及考核；
7、完成上级委派的其他任务。

要求：
1. 熟悉塑胶件、铸造件的制造过程、质量评估方法和标准，技术原理；
2. 有2年以上焊接&机加工方面的经验者优先；
3. 熟悉制造业ISO9001/ ISO 13485标准体系；能熟练使用质量系统工具；懂得抽检方法AQL(Acceptance Quality Level) ；有检验表面质量工作经验（喷涂、注塑、浇铸、钣金）;能看懂机械图表.
4. 熟练撰写8D报告。

Responsibility：
1、Supplier qualification, on site quality audit and capability assessment.
2、Supplier quality performance scoring & continuous quality improvement
3、Defect material diagnosis & root cause analysis, corrective actions and preventive actions verification
4、Participate new material qualification, lead the first article inspection activities
5、Material inspection/test method, criteria, procedure development
6、Metrology/IQC technicians training and qualification
7、Other tasks assigned by the superiors
Requirment：
1. Familiar with manufacturing processes, quality evaluation method and standard, technology principle of plastic parts & casting parts.
2. Have at least 2 years experience in welding & machining is preferred.
3. Thorough knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 Standards in manufacturing industry；Expert in quality system tools; have good knowledge of AQL (Acceptance Quality Level); Working experience of surface quality inspection (painting, injection molding, casting and sheet metal); have ability to understand technical drawings.
4. Proficient in writing 8D report
