Responsibilities & Duties of the Position:
1.Ensure systems and procedures are compliant with appropriate legislative and JCI's BOS requirement, i.e Data protection Act, Backup policy, Server maintenance etc.
2.Keep updating all existing IT policy, standard, work instruction. Create new documents according to corporate standard; maintain IT service master list and document, actively support IT initiative.
3.Conducts troubleshooting as required, including on remedy ticket and call out basis, ensures agreed IT service level are maintained. VIP user support as needed.
4.Provide necessary support to GI initiatives including client computing, service & support, collaboration and connectivity, coordinate between GI and CSC.
5.Support various level projects as needed. Keep track of the project schedule, track resources, and report on project status for timely and quality delivery.
6.Manage site IT assets, including hardware, software/license, service accounts and etc. Monitor and maintain IT system inventory to make sure the data is accurate and up to date. Implement and optimize defined procedures, cooperate with AE purchasing and GI Procurement on IT purchasing requirement.
7.IT asset risk management, Capacity Planning, distributed environment, ensure infrastructure standards and procedures are followed
8.Coordinate with outside service provider for installation, repair and maintenance of equipment, work with AE purchasing and GI Procurement on vendor performance review and evaluation.
9.Keep supervisor informed of status, concerns or problems and recommended solutions.
10.Ensure adherence to company standards throughout the system life-circle.
11.Remain knowledgeable of information technology and company business operations.
12.Maintains computer room in an orderly condition and equipments at optimum performance; coordinates preventative maintenance of installed systems; aligns systems implemented with JCI global IT standards
13.Performs other duties and tasks as assigned

Requirement of candidates:

Education:College degree in Information or Computer Technology

Requirement:
- Experience in ITIL based IT service desk.
- Proficiency in English language, especially in listening/ speaking
- Experience in Microsoft products, Lotus Notes and Symantec Software package.
- Experience in EMC storage system, VMware environment supporting.
- Experience of Win Server, AD & Domain environment is a must, MCSE preferred.
- Experience of AVAYA IPT system, Cisco network system, CCNA/CCNP preferred.
- More than 6 years working experience, of which at least 5 years in the area of IT solutions under multinational environment.

Language skills: Bilingual; Chinese and English.
