职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
1. 建立并且完善来料及过程检查标准，跟进检验结果并指导MRB团队处理异常问题。
Establish and optimize the inspection standard of incoming and in process materials and monitor the performance, guide MRB team members for any non-conformity handling.
2. 启动和执行内部质量改善计划，持续改善公司内部质量的可靠性和成熟度。
Create and execute inner quality development plan, continuously to improve the quality accountability and maturity internal of company.
3. 领导团队针对经常发生或者偶然发生的物料质量问题采取对应的纠正和预防措施。
Make preventative action plans for frequent quality problems to improve materials reliability, address specific quality issues and drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive measures.
4. 协调，跟进客户投诉的处理。
Coordinate and follow up customer complaint.
5. 积极参与公司新项目并与相关部门合作，提升质量团队的工作效率。
Actively involved into new project and work closely with production, engineering & HR to optimize the manpower structure and improve incoming quality team's efficiency.
6. 管理和发展内部质量管理团队，优化作业流程， 适应公司业务不断发展的需求。
Lead and develop internal quality management team, optimize the process flow in quality management area, comply with company business expansion.
7. 客户/外部审查跟进。
Follow customer /external audit.
8. 处理上级交办的其他事宜。
Deal with other assignments assigned by superior.

Experience and Qualifications:
Academic Background: Bachelor degree or above
Working Experience
? Experience in effectively managing people;
? 10+ years of experience in the medical device manufacturing quality management area, with at least 5 years in management capacity
Language Skill
