Work Content:
1. Lead key process certification through methodology of SPC and 6 Sigma. Ensure stable output quality.
2. Carry on root cause analysis for typical quality issue according to PDCA/ DIMAC/DIVE theory.
3. Supervise and support new product development in point of quality and work on quality control documentation for process mass production.
4. Coordinate factory resource to apply for type test of those safety related elevator components , make sure compliance of GB relevant code.
5. Support ISO internal and external audit.
Qualification:
Education: Require science bachelor degree(4yrs) or above, with major of Electronics or Electricity
Experience：5years and above in foreign company, and at least 2 years above in quality position. Elevator experience will be preferred.
Language: Good in writing and speaking.
Computer： Office; Mintab…
Other： 6Sigma Black Belt; Competency in electrical wiring diagram.

2.运用DAMIC或者5Why等分析方法，对质量逃逸进行严格的根源分析；
3. 新产品研发阶段，监控样品质量并根据项目组及发现问题制定有效的质量管控文件用于量产；
4.组织电梯重要安全部件进行型式实验验证。
5.协调质量部相关的ISO9000认证内审、外审工作。
资质要求:
学历：4年本科本科或者研究生学历，电子电气专业背景。
工作经验：5年以上外企工作经验，至少有从事两年以上电气质量的工作经验,电梯行业优选。
语言能力：良好英文读写能力。
计算机水平： Ms Offices 和Mintab软件知识。
其它主要资质： 持有6西格玛黑带证书或同等相关资质; 识读电气图；
