Job Description
Part1 Finance Analysis
1. Understand and interpret operational ties to financial figures; setup and maintain the correlation between the key production indexes and finance figures in a visible way.
2. Under the direction of FM, setup the finance analysis system as below:
- The content of analysis covers profitability, cost, expense, investment, cash management etc.
- The analysis should be reported yearly/quarterly/monthly/weekly/daily etc.
- Under the direction of FM, setup the unified bilingual reporting package over the whole group.
3. Under the direction of FM, set up and implement the budgeting and forecast system, which covers:
- Annual budget: P/L, cashflow.
- 12+ months rolling forecast: P/L, cashflow.
- Variance analysis between budget and actual, forecast and actual etc. Set up dynamic analytic system via the variances analysis, to support all departments to align with their annual targets.
4. Communication and coordination between HQ and subsidiary companies:
- Build up in-depth understanding of the business of all subsidiaries and provide the analysis on the operating results from the perspective of HQ and whole supply chain.
- Cooperate with finance team of subsidiaries and complete the whole group's finance analysis report.

Part2 Commercial Control
1. Work closely with sales department, provide them support through the profitability evaluation, by putting together sales price/purchase price/production cost etc.
2. Review sales price/credit terms/rebate and provide professional evaluation about the sales contracts before signing and before the setup of the customer master file.
3. Review purchase sales price/payment terms/rebate and provide professional evaluation about the purchase contracts before signing and before the setup of the vendor master file.
4. Monitor the execution of the sales/purchase contracts by building up relevant data analysis and controls via system.
5. Build up and review the finance analysis of the new projects and all of the activities done at commercial level with a direct impact on financial aspects (both from accounting and controlling); identify the business risks to the project team.

1. Assistant FM in preparation of board / strategic meeting.
2. Other work required by FM.

Job Requirement
- Fluent English is a must, spoken and written;
- Bachelor degree or above; major in business management, accounting or finance is preferred;
- At least 6 years working experience in finance, accounting or financial audit area in MNCs;
- Rich experience in project evaluation and control;
- Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills;
- Highly sensitive to business and numbers;
- Must be willing to learn new things and able & willing to adapt to changing environment. 举报 分享
