MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

A) Formulate Annual Sales Target, Plans and Strategies
? Propose the yearly sales target according to the in-house sales data and market survey result. Identify the growth area of the customer account and new potential accounts. Formulate the regional sales strategies to achieve the final sales target.
B) Manage the regional sales members to perform the following functions to achieve In-Market Sales Target
? Identify the new customer potential accounts; develop the new customer from product introduction, surgery operation training, therapy introduction and life surgery follow up etc.
? Reinforce the existing customer accounts; upgrade the surgeon surgery application.
? Execute the regional promotion programs like regional workshop surgeon training, hospital continuous education programs, exhibition etc.
? Formulate and execute individual sales plan on each individual responsible customer account.
C) Manage the regional sales team member to perform the following functions to provide Professional Surgeon Support
? Assist Product Team to conduct product support to customer, like clinical papers collection, foreign clinical paper and therapy support to surgeon etc.
D) Build up and manage the regional sales member to perform the function of Distributor Support and Monitoring
? Monitor distributor’s sales force and service quality.
? Keep track the distributor’s sales force according to our formulate product and market development strategies.
? Support distributor’s sales force through various surgeon support program.
? Assess the distributor’s inventory, instrument and other logistics efficiency.
? Monitor the distributor’s sales report data’s accuracy.
E) To responsible and manage the regional sales team for Market Situation Feedback
? Carry out the market survey both on our products and competitors.
? Competitors’ distribution network movement feedback.
? Feedback customer issue on Product Regulatory and product comment
? Patient affordability and market price feedback
F) To review, judge and control the regional sales member on sales expenses are in good use and within the overall regional sales budget assigned
G) Collect, review and discuss the sales team member’s monthly reports. And then formulate your monthly report for regional sales situation according to the requirement.
H) Organize monthly sales meeting for the regions so as to review the update customer account issue.


KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION
- Bachelor degree or above
- Major in Pharmacy or Medicine, business related

JOB EXPERIENCE
- 5 -7 years experience of sales management for medical products with the experience as regional sales manager.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
- Committed to Medtronic’s mission and values.
- Effective in communication and good interpersonal skill
- Good product knowledge and understanding of Medtronic business
- Good people management capability and strong in identifying, coaching, developing staff.
- Good command in both English and Mandarin.
