About This Job:
Syngenta Biotechnology China (SBC) is seeking motivated assistants to be part of its Genome Editing centre, as a member in Editing Technology and Analysis Group. The persons will be key members to accomplish research objectives and deliver genome editing technology development.
The accountabilities are as follows,
?Implementing in vitro transformation biology or molecular analysis
?Managing tasks and actively interacting with scientists within the team
?Maintaining accurate experimental records and performing all activities in compliance with Syngenta quality management and HSE guidelines
Qualifications
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
?Basic knowledge on plant transformation or molecular analysis or DNA manupilation
?Adequate knowledge on crop transformation technologies, plant biotechnology, molecular biology and genetics
?General knowledge in crop improvements via plant biotechnology, or genomic editng as a plus;
?Experience in experimental understanding and execution
?Hand on practice in tissue culture or molecular biology or molecular analysis
Qualifications:
?BS degree or near finishing BS degree in plant science, molecular biology, or plant biotechnology
?Good scientific task planning, execution and reporting skills
?Skills with In vitro biology or molecular biology techniques
?Flexible in handling project change and consistently delivery
?Can master English and good communication skills
?Self-motivated and drive for excellence
?Being flexible and capable of dealing with changes
?Good planning and focus on delivery
?Good team player with efficient communication
