主要职责:

1. 通过良好的计划与管理带领团队完成每月公司制定的工作目标

2. 定期现场巡视，完善推广员管理制度，同时根据市场反馈不断完善和优化团队

3. 积极主动在客流量大的高端商业场所开发长期固定摊位和展示间

4. 根据每月业绩产出和成本控制的状况，评估各类推广资源，优化下月的工作安排

5. 通过对全职员工的培训和督查，确保其行为和话束标准化，以符合英孚的价值取向

6. 开发并组织与各通路及商家协商的联合推广活动以期增强品牌知名度与扩大销售，评估并做不断改进

7. 通过不同的推广形式，比如互动活动等来支持位于大型购物商场的学习中心，以期增强品牌知名度与扩大销售

8. 根据需求做提议广告计划，并定期巡查维护各中心附近的广告位

职位要求:

1. 3年以上销售或者直销行业市场管理运作经验

2. 具较强的商谈和交际能力

3. 对于计划的实施和监控有较强的分析和评估能力

4.在管理和市场推广上有杰出的创造性

5. 具良好的中英文写作与沟通能力（书写及口语）

6.悟性好。富有团队精神，管理能力和自我激励精神

7.优秀的计划和管理能力，独立能力强，并可胜任多重工作职责

Main Responsibility:

1. Lead booth promotion team to achieve monthly valid leads collection target through planning, executing and managing promotion booth activities.

2. Site visits the promotion booth activities and provides constructive proposals on promoter management policies and team improvement through observation and feedback collection with promoters.

3. Plan and take the lead in the initiative of developing high-end shopping mall long term booth and show room.

4. Evaluate all promotion resources via rev. result and cost control on monthly basis and arrange the coming month plan based on the analysis.

5. Get full-time workers to share the value of EF and ensure standardized behavior and script through check and training.

6. Develop and organize the joint promotions with high-end shopping malls, database companies, membership companies and every other aggressive joint promotion approaches to enhance the brand awareness and increase sales, then do evaluation and improvement.

7. Support centers in shopping malls to promote the brands and increase show & sales rev. via different promotion forms, such as interactive activities and etc.

8. Check signage on regular basis and propose options for new and important signage and advertisement.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years supervisory experience in direct sales or direct marketing

2. Strong negotiation and people skills

3. Strong analytical background with ability to evaluate programs and monitor results

4. Strong sense of creativity in both management and MKT activities

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Chinese)

6. Inspirational team-player and proven ability of management and motivation

7. Must be able to work independently with multi-task responsibility and good planning and organization skills
